We are delighted to share that the Portrait of Jean-Pierre du Maine by Jean-Étienne Liotard (1721), has found a new home. Being "the first documented, signed, and dated portrait executed in Geneva" (*) by Jean-Étienne Liorard, this pastel is of the prime importance within the oeuvre of Jean-Étienne Liotard and within the history of the artist's career.
